Q: Can we use live projects as case studies in the two day PMNB?
A: The live projects must have some definition in advance. The two-day class usually does not have enough scheduling latitude to account for the unexpected in live projects.

Q: So what kind of case studies do you use?
A: We have a number of technology and non-technology case studies that we give to participants to choose from.

Q: We have a mix of experienced and non-experienced PM's. Is this class for them?
A: Yes. While the material presented is basic, most experienced PM's report that it is a fresh and elegant view of the basics.
